Retailer agrees that it is the sole responsibility of Retailer to collect, report and remit all taxes to the correct tax authority for all business transactions, sales or revenue stemming from the sales of the Wholesaler's products. Retailer further agrees that Wholesaler is not obligated to determine whether a sales tax applies and is not responsible to collect, report or remit any tax information arising from any transaction involving products purchase by the Retailer. Lifting the Dream will require that the retailer update their sales tax form on an annual basis and/or when it expires if the date is sooner.Additionally, by checking this box you confirm that if the applicants retail business is not in the U.S. you release Lifting the Dream from any Sales Tax liabilities in the country in which my business files and pays taxes.(required)

Products or goods purchased from the Wholesaler should be sold at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) (usually on the Wholesalers Direct Website). In the event the Retailer chooses to place the products or goods for sale at a discount, the Retailer should not advertise (online) a discount of the products more than 50% below MSRP unless the business is closing. (required)

All prices are listed in US dollars. Wholesale pricing is shown on the wholesale account login screen once approved. Further discounts are not provided for quantities purchased, as goods are not manufactured based on pricing discounts for quantities. Wholesale pricing is only provided to approved wholesale accounts on the condition that the items are purchased for resell only. (required)

Wholesale prices and price lists of Lifting the Dream LLC products are confidential, and for the use of the Retailers only. Publishing, revealing or disseminating the wholesale pricing of Lifting the Dream LLC product line outside of the business of the Retailer is strictly forbidden without prior written consent from Lifting the Dream LLC. Lifting the Dream will gladly accept returns for defective or damaged items (rips, tears, missing pieces, etc.) within 14 days of delivery to Retailer. We stand by our product quality and will take back any product with damage in that timeframe. Requests for Returns must be made in writing directly to hello@liftingthedream.com within 7 days of delivery date quoting invoice number and reasons. No returns are acceptable without prior approval from Lifting the Dream. Items returned for any reason other than defectiveness or damage will incur a re-stocking charge of 15% plus shipping chargeable to customer. Please email us with details of the product prior to returning it. (required)

I acknowledge invoices will be paid through our merchant website (Shopify) via credit, or debit card and that all invoices must be paid prior to shipment of goods.

Shipping is not included in the cost of goods due to the size and weight of shipments. It does not qualify for any of our free shipping promo available to retail customers. Shipping is automatically calculated with our discounted shipping providers, a selection of which you have at checkout.(required)

All Retailers are responsible for any associated shipping fees and customs fees charged to incoming shipments from the Wholesaler. The Wholesaler is not responsible for any assessed customs fees. If an item is refused for delivery or returned to Lifting the Dream, the Retailer must pay for return shipping. In the event a Retailer refuses a shipment and items are returned to the Wholesaler, the Wholesaler will assess a 15% restocking fee on any returned, non-customized items. Custom Items (logos, names, etc.) are not eligible for return or refund. If custom items are returned to Lifting the Dream, it is the customers' responsibility to pay for additional shipping costs.(required)
